The pumpkin pie is made and the turkey is in the oven (all 22.5 pounds of it!) and I’m making the final wine selections. Out of a couple of Bordeaux (Château Camensac ’95 & Chateau Clos Rene ’00), an aged Napa Merlot (Trinchero “Chicken Ranch” ’99) or Napa Zinfandel (Neal Family ’03) I’ve selected the Zin. This is the same wine I reviewed on Winecast 31 but I’ll post fresh notes later in the day.
