In these difficult economic times many of us are drinking down our cellars. For those just starting out, perhaps a bit more modest “cellar” is in order.

Conveniently mounted below your kitchen cabinet like a microwave, this unit keeps 1/3 of a case of wine at the correct serving temperature. While many of us will not want to keep wines in this type of thing very long, it does look like a decent solution (if a bit pricey given the capacity).
