I've been making some wine from the concentrate kits, which one was not great, one decent and this last one (Shiraz/Cab) was actually pretty good. I'm in a condo right now, so there's not a great place for crushing on-premises, but I'm looking forward to having a cellar and garage someday. This Crushpad thing is quite interesting.
