		<description>good point on the ratatouille wine.  i think another big problem could come from kids trying to open and drink the wine.  it may be a bit far fetched, but if the kids recognize the label, they might be enticed to find out whats inside.  the problems that would cause are definitely not good for anyone involved.

in regards to limited the amount of wine a household could buy/possess/drink a year is pretty absurd.  if they are doing it in a fight against alcoholism, they should look more towards hard liquor.  almost every problem drinker i have ever meet got into trouble while drinking booze, not wine.</description>
