WBW 35: Passionate Spain

by Tim on 6/22/2007

WBW logRight on the heels of WBW’s 34 summary we have the announcement of the next edition focused on the red wines of Spain hosted by Michelle from My Wine Education. I’ve blogged some candidates here in the past but this theme has me really chuffed as I’m just about to board a plane bound for the country in question (more on that a bit later).

Join us on July 11th to see what Spanish values turn up… and a return to my monthly WBW podcast format.

Lucky you. I love Spain and have fond memories of my visit there. For now I have to settle for attending a three day seminar by the Wine Academy of Spain, sponsored by the Society of Wine Educators. They have visited 4 other locations on the west coast before being due to arrive in Vancouver this weekend. Am looking forward not only to the educational aspect but to some outstanding Spanish wines.
Cheers,
Wilf
