WBW 27 Summary & WBW 28 Theme Announced

My Wine Blogging Wednesday Spidey Senses are not very tuned, as I just noticed that The Kitchen Chick has posted a summary of last month’s tastings of ice wine and Culinary Fool has posted the theme for December’s virtual tasting. A great selection of ice wines (or Eiswein, if you go back to the source) were tasted and nicely written up.
Culinary Fool proposes sparkling wine for the next theme; a bit similar to WBW 25, but nicely synchronized with the time of year. Since the wines can’t come from France’s Champagne region, perhaps I’ll pick up a Cava from Spain or sparkling Shiraz from Australia. All will be revealed on December 13th.
