It included some new technologies, both Internet-based and non-Internet-based. I liked that wineries were involved (great meeting you El Jefe!). Overall, it was a socializing event more than a discussion of the technologies behind Wine 2.0. It was a good time nonetheless. Maybe the next one can be more technology focused. I thought the event was an interesting blend of perspectives. It included some new technologies, both Internet-based and non-Internet-based. (OK, you can argue whether ANY of my posts are coherent, but I digress.) I at last have a post up at elbloggotorcido.com. I agree with Jason that little deep discussion on the future of "Wine 2.0" occurred. Instead, it was good old fashioned putting faces to names, making new contacts, and doing business! Free flowing exchange of ideas over (what else) some good glasses of wine. I was hoping to catch up with some of the local bloggers and wine 2.0 folks but sometimes life just gets in the way :(...
