Could Ponce de León have found his fountain of youth in the bottom of his wine glass? The answer might be yes if he drank red wines. A new study suggests that resveratrol, an antioxidant found in red wines, seems to suggest longer life and less aging; as long as you are an obese mouse, yeast, worms, flies or a fish. As will most of these types of studies, human testing will be in the future. In the meantime, I’m going to still drink red wines to be on the safe side
