Their brave tasting panel collected 34 wines for evaluation and recommend five. Not surprisingly, for me, many of the wines are found on the shelves of Trader Joe’s markets here in the U.S. and the top wine chosen is Trader Joe’s Coastal Cabernet (what, no Napa River?). Interestingly, I have not tasted any of these wines myself, so I can’t vouch for the results, but it is a fun read none the less and might be welcome news to those planning holiday parties.
