I’ve tried Cork’d and just looked at Bottlenotes but don’t see either of them to be compelling until they have a way for me to easily tag posts here that automatically populate my accounts on their sites (preferably in the form of a Wordpress plugin). Even the newly rebooted Netscape site has not attracted critical mass to get more than a handful of votes for food and wine related news. So is wine too niche for Web 2.0? The site is quite literally in Beta test right now. The RSS feed submission automation has been revamped a bit (it won't download the entire feed upon first submission as it was doing) but your point is well taken. I've gone back and forth on the issue but feedback is why I put the Beta site up! Please let me know any more thoughts you have. When we launch the site to a bigger audience, we want to be ready!
