I’ll take some Vitamin C in my Syrah, please…

In the continuing advance of science in the wine industry, I see that wine grapes can be genetically altered to produce more vitamin C. My response is “why” since I can just take my daily supplement or drink some OJ with breakfast. The last place I need to think about vitamin intake is in the wine I drink…

What next!?!?!?!? Vitamin T (Tannins)…..Vitamin Bt (Botrytis)…..perhaps TCA syndrome? We all know this is cured by a bolus of p.t. (durif!!) HA! ………..wait I have one more, how about P.L.S. (purple lip syndrome) caused by prolonged exposure to Pax!
