Winecast 10 - Merlot
[Source: Winecast] quoted: Today’s show is focused on the great grape of Bordeaux: Merlot. I also begin my basic wine tasting series and share some listener comments.

I agree that "How to Taste" is a great book and will feature it along with the Andrea Immer book in the right menu later this week. Thanks for listening!

Another great podcast. I was glad to hear you endorse the Jancis Robinson book, which is quite good. I read it extensively during a 2004 trip to Napa & Sonoma. It's one of the best wine books I've come across.
